We’re a small construction company with big experience. Founded by two lifelong builders with over five decades of combined hands-on work, we specialize in residential and light commercial projects across the Texas Hill Country and surrounding San Antonio Areas. Whether it’s a new build, renovation, or addition, we believe in building strong relationships just as much as strong structures. You’ll work directly with the owners — no middlemen, no corporate runaround.
Weyland Industries is a trade-based company that specializes in framing, sheetrock, acoustical ceiling, paint, flooring, and waterproofing. We offer an onsite staffed superintendent to guarantee that expectations are exceeded.

Quinn Bruttell
Residential Division
Quinn’s focus on long-term relationship has secured major commercial contracts, including several multimillion-dollar historic property rehabilitations for government plans and boutique hotel projects in Fredericksburg and San Antonio. He launched Weyland Industries to scale his commercial ventures while maintaining operations in residential construction.
Quinn is a lifelong jiu-jitsu practitioner and has competed internationally.
Ricardo Ramirez
Commercial Division
Ricardo has over 20 years of commercial construction experience, disciplined leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering quality projects on time and within scope. Ricardo is a U.S. Army veteran with 10 years of service, including deployment to Iraq. He studied Pre-Med and at the School of Business at the University of Texas San Antonio.
Ricardo enjoys coaching boxing and is an avid fisherman.
Jessica Chiles
Administration Manager
With over 10 years of office management experience with responsibilities to include day to day operations include accounting, vendor partnerships and employee relations.
She enjoys taking vacations, music and her plant children.
